Tiverton Diving Club is an active branch of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC), which is the world's largest diving club.

The club trains divers from the age of 14 years and snorkellors from the age of 10 years and they welcome qualified divers from all agencies as new members. Meetings are held at Tiverton Swimming Pool (Exe valley Leisure centres) every Thursday evening between 8.30 and 9.30pm.

Tiverton Diving Club has around 40 diving and 20 snorkelling members and has both male and female members of a wide range of ages and abilities. The club accepts anyone over the age of 14 who has never dived before and provide full training to all recreational levels. Trial dives for beginners are recommended first and are available at 10.

The club dives a variety of sites along the south coast of Devon and Dorset, from Portland to Plymouth and the diving is a mix of wreck and reef diving, either from the shore or from their our own RIB. Weekends away are also arranged to places including Swanage, Ireland, Wales and Cornwall.

The club enjoys regular social events throughout the year including bowling, skittles, beetle drives, garden & beach BBQ's and meals out with their 'Dinner Club'.

Membership rates vary so call the training officer on the number above for further details.
